Last Saturday was Jeremy's birthday. We ended up going to Orlando for the afternoon. On our way, Jeremy asked Nicole if she had ever seen one of those large swings that people ride. Since she had not, we looked up a video on our phones and shared it with her. Of course, the next thing we looked up was where the closest swing was (we knew there would be some in Orlando)
Next thing we knew, we were in Olde Town, a little shopping/entertainment district in Kissimmee. And, 15 minutes later, Jeremy, Nicole and Nathan were getting geared up to go on this swing.

This is the tallest swing in the world with a 300 foot drop.

They were lifted to the swing where they buckle the gear up and then they took a minute and a half ride up to the 300 foot drop off point. Once at that point, they were stuck there for a while (maybe 8-10 seconds...but it seemed like longer). Nicole had to pull the release cord, but it was really hard for her to pull.

| Can you see Nate's death grip on Jeremy's arm? |
The kids had a super time, and I think it was a memorable birthday for Jeremy. When I asked Nate how it was he said, "They make me wear dat pink ting and I no like dat!" (referring to his safety gear). He also said it was very scary and he wasn't going to do it again. Nicole really enjoyed it though.

| Ahhhhhhhhhhhh |
Then, we took off for Bass Pro Shops. It's always a fun store to look around, and we wanted to see some new camping gear.
 |
| I think it fits him. |
 |
| Somehow, I think this is what Hannah will look like in 10 years when she's learning to drive! |
 |
| My explorer girl! |
 |
| Yep, we'll take one! |
We had a yummy dinner at Orlando's Miller Ale House, and then spent the last part of our evening at Congo River Golf. We got a deal that included BOGO putt putt and BOGO alligator feeding. The kids all did a great job at putt putt, (but I got a hole in one on the first hole ;)

| Feeding the gators, Nate dropped his pole, and the worker almost fell in trying to retrieve it! |
 |
| They weren't big gators... |
Happy Birthday to the best husband and daddy around! We love you Jeremy.
