Nicole's First Chapter Book

Last week, Nicole was busy all afternoon.  When I finally asked what she was doing, she told me she was writing a chapter book!

Wha, wha what?????

It was adorable!  We don't have the book, she gave it to her friend Ashlynd, but here are the pictures.  Click on the pictures to make them bigger and read.  I dictated a few words to her, and you'll see some grammatical and spelling errors, but I am so proud of my little 7 year old!  The story was completely hers!  I had no input at all.  I love that she just sat down and started writing!

It's called "Passing Over the Mountains"
