So, considering all we did was plant two sweet potatoes and water when we remembered, our sweet potato harvest came out all right. We have lots of small potatoes, and a couple of big ones.

What do I do to make them last a while?
Now we are preparing our soil for our major planting coming up this month, next and October. It's time to bring it on:-)

Try this:
Clean the skins off of the sweet potatoes, cut them into cubes.....and place them on foil...put butter, brown sugar and cinnamin on top. wrap really good so they do not leak and put on the gas grill for about 45 min to an hour. when you unwarp them put minature marshmellows all over them (they melt) and serve. I have had people tell me they hate sweet potaoes but love them done this way.
Love ya,

Forgot to tell you to use Heavy foil for outside wrap and Non-stick foil for inside wrap...keeps them from burning.

Thanks for the idea...we'll have to try it sometime:-)
